The special burger from Altura this week looks amazing as always, look for the Indian inspired butter chicken fried sandwich with a crispy marinated chicken thigh, butter chicken sauce, lettuce, pickled red onion, and cilantro on a house challah bun!

Join Anchorage South Rotary for an amazing lunch at Altura Bistro, with a presentation given by Patrick Lampi of the Alaska Zoo!
The Alaska Zoo is a zoo in Anchorage, Alaska, located on 25 acres of the Anchorage Hillside. It is a popular attraction in Alaska, with nearly 200,000 visitors per year. The zoo is currently home to more than 100 birds and mammals representing some 50 species.
The special sandwich presented by Altura this week is the "Filet-o-Frisky": lemon-oregano marinated and roasted rockfish, lettuce, tomato, pickled onion tartar on a house challah bun! Your choice of sea salt or bbq chips.

Their mission is to "Develop a historical designation in downtown Anchorage that provides awareness, education, and history of dog mushing in Alaska."
